What was I thinking? I had just retired in August of 2021...finally I had time to focus on the hobbies that I never had the time to develop. Bee keeping, brewing beer, growing hops, making mead...the list just keeps growing!
I have always enjoyed visiting craft breweries - learning about their set-up, talking to the brew masters and owners, and of course sampling their beers. As a loyal customer of Untappd, I recorded and rated many of the unique beers the breweries had on tap. I enjoyed learning what made each of the breweries unique - their set up, their passions, their history.
